[Monitoring] Our engineering team have confirmed the increased inbound latency is related to a known Microsoft issue: https://admin.microsoft.com/Adminportal/Home#/servicehealth/:/alerts/EX832662 We are continuing to monitor the issue closely and will send further udpates as we receive them.
